When working with a team, I think leadership is a vital skill, but I also take pride in being a team member who precisely follows instructions. I make sure to document the steps that I take toward a task or a project. This methodical manner of doing things is what I do to stay on track and be able to present deliverables right on schedule. As a person who’s driven by growth and lifelong learning, I can take any feedback and criticisms constructively. Thus, expect that I will surely intend to improve from the given input and do better next time.
